Terms and Conditions
Stays are from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The apartment will be ready for you from 5 p.m. on the day you’re due to arrive. Check out is by 10 a.m. on your agreed departure date. It is possible to use the early check-in service (from 12.00 a.m.) or late check-in service (from 9.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.) with limited availability, only on request, cost 30€.

Deposit 40%. An additional 100€ security deposit that will be refunded at the end of the stay is also required.
Included in the price are the consumption of electricity, gas and hot water (solar panels), covered parking, final cleaning, a beach umbrella and two deckchairs, sun beds and deckchairs, WIFI and satellite TV.   It does not include bed linen and towels which can be rented onsite for 15 € per person per week. You can also rent a camp bed, for 25 €/week, and a high chair for 15 €/week.

For 4-legged friends, access is at the discretion of the management upon payment of a fee of 50 € per week (max 1 for apartment). For further information please refer to the regulations.

Booking and payment:
– The reservation will be confirmed after receiving the deposit (at least 40% of the total) that can be paid by postal order or via bank transfer.
– The balance must be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival or by cash on arrival when the keys are given. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation policies:
– Prior notice over 30 days from the date of arrival refund of 100% of the deposit.
– Prior notice of less than 30 days and more than 15 days from the date of arrival refund of 50% of the deposit;
– Prior notice of less than 15 days and more than 7 days from the date of arrival will not be recognized any refund of the deposit;

– Prior notice of less than 7 days and more than 3 days from the date of arrival you will have to pay 50% of the total amount of the stay.
– Prior notice of less than 3 days from the date of arrival you will have to pay 100% of the total amount of the stay.

The cancellation request must always be sent to our e-mail address info@lecasettesulmare.com. The date of the e-mail will be taken into consideration as time of cancellation
